Sponsor Us Now!

With Sikhs becoming more proactive and organised in aggressively propagating their false beliefs over the past few years, Islam-Sikhism is looking to counter their efforts.

While we’ve remained financially autonomous since our launch over a decade ago, we’ve only been able to dedicate time when and where we can. However, in order to meet said challenge, we are now reaching out to you, our brothers and sisters in Islam, to help us in this endeavour by either generously donating or sponsoring us to go full time and complete a number of important projects.

Islam-Sikhism is unique and unparalleled in that there is no other group or organisation on the planet dedicated to fulfilling the fard al-kifaiyah (collective duty upon the Ummah) of da’wah to Sikhs in the English language. As such, there is great potential for reward for any and all donors or sponsors in the form of sadaqah jaariyah – that all-important type of charity that continues to benefit after one’s death. As our Prophet Muhammad (Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) assured:

The good deeds that will reach a believer after his death are: knowledge which he learned and then spread; a righteous son whom he leaves behind; a copy of the Qur’an that he leaves as a legacy; a mosque that he built; a house that he built for wayfarers; a canal that he dug; or charity that he gave during his lifetime when he was in good health. These deeds will reach him after his death. (Ibn Majah 242)

Why we need your support?

The answer is simple: we have a number of important projects that require much time and effort to produce, but which remain incomplete.

These projects, which aim to defend our religion from the arguments and distortions of the Sikhs, are more important today, particularly in the West, than at any other time in recent memory.

Any serious profession requires, if not full time attention and commitment, then as near to it as possible. Yet, the only way in which these projects will see the light of day is if your brother, Abu Adeeba, is provided that all important environment conducive in allowing him to focus his entire time, effort and knowledge towards the completion of this goal.

The world has changed

The world we live in has dramatically changed over this past decade with Islamophobes becoming more hostile, proactive and well financed in their information war against Islam, and their spread of disbelief and falsehood.

And though we’ve had a donation button on our website for a number of years, we’ve eagerly tried to maintain our financial independence.

Since our launch in 2006, the only financial support we’ve received is precisely £50 (and that too a one off donation) which was immediately used to purchase a large, yet expensive, volume that’s proven to be indispensable as a source reference. In other words, the vast majority of the books, many of which are either rare or academic in nature, and thus very costly, as well as journals, some being ultra-rare and only accessible from specialist institutes in India, have been self-funded.

Unfortunately, there are many other books of an academic nature that we simply cannot currently afford.

Sikhism is mobilising its efforts

Sikhs have also mobilised their own ‘da’wah’ efforts (or Parchar as they call it) in such a way, that not only do they continue to misrepresent Muslims and Islam, but also systematically propagate their Hindu-inspired beliefs to the people of the West through mass circulation and well organised initiatives.

Take their most recent effort called Basics of Sikhi. This group is being financially supported by hundreds of Sikh organisations across the Western world.

And the only serious da’wah initiative, which has the knowledge and experience of both Islam and Sikhism, to refute them in both an academic and non-academic capacity, is Islam-Sikhism. No other da’wah organisation has anything close to said qualities possessed by our brother, Abu Adeeba. We believe his articles and work speak for themselves.

What’s more, we are the only da’wah group fully dedicated to refuting Sikhism through in depth research and serious investigation of their religion, making Islam-Sikhism unparalleled in this respect.

But, in order to meet the challenge, we need your financial assistance in sponsoring our efforts so that we can complete the following projects over a period of two months, insha’Allah.
